Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method:
- Standard international: 2-4 weeks
- Expedited international: 1-2 weeks

If you receive a defective or incorrect part:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos and description of the issue
- We’ll arrange return shipping (prepaid label)
